MTÜ JUURDEPÄÄS is an Estonian-registered non-profit organization established to document and analyze cases of human rights concerns across the European Union. Our work focuses on collecting verified information, particularly regarding situations affecting Russian-speaking communities and Ukrainians. Through careful research and responsible advocacy, we aim to contribute to greater awareness, accountability, and protection of fundamental rights.

Our Approach & Transparency
MTÜ JUURDEPÄÄS operates on the principles of integrity, accuracy, and independence. We are currently a self-funded initiative working on a volunteer basis. We welcome volunteers and collaborators from around the world who share our values and wish to contribute to the documentation of human rights situations.
At this stage, we do not accept donations. Our work is driven by commitment rather than financial resources. As the organization develops, we plan to publish regular reports and maintain full transparency regarding our activities and methodology.
